FAQ’s

 

  • What is the return policy? Our return policy is 30 days from purchase date. In the event you do not receive your order within the 30 day window and would like to return it, please contact us at twelvetigersgroup@gmail.com
  • What are the shipping options? Our shipping options are Canada Post, which ships to Canada and the U.S. 

  • When do you ship orders? We ship orders out 1 time per week. 
  • Do you offer pickup? Yes and it’s free! We offer a window of time and dates for pickup orders. At checkout, you will have the option to select “Ship to me” or “Pick up” with the pickup location’s address (please use a map navigation system to determine if you will arrive on time the next day). Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the pickup location and details on how to pick up your order. All pickup orders will be available the next day, except on Mondays and Thursdays, which will then be available for pick up the following day, Tuesdays and Fridays. Our pickup times are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 12pm - 7pm. Sunday from 1pm - 5pm. Arriving outside these specified times for a pickup order will not be accepted and you will be asked to come back, within the pickup time, to receive your order. Note: any aggression, negative commentary, or foul language used during interactions with the Twelve Tigers Group’s team will result in a full refund and a block on any future purchases. 
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay? Customs determine the duties and taxes you may have to pay and you will be contacted by the courier by phone, email or text, during the shipping process, as to the amount owed.
  • When will I receive my order? We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Within Canada, it is 1-10 business days. For the United States and Great Britain, it is 3-15 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days during the holiday season as our amazing postal services are doing their best. 
  • What do I do if I never received my order? If it has been 31 days and you have not received your order, please contact us at twelvetigersgroup@gmail.com
  • What do I do if I received a defective order? If your order is damaged upon arrival, please immediately contact us at twelvetigersgroup@gmail.com with pictures and we will do our best to resolve your case. 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? Before placing an order, triple check that the shipping and billing address are correct, however, in the event it is not, contact us immediately at twelvetigersgroup@gmail.com and we will make the changes. If contact is made after 24 hours and your order has shipped, unfortunately that is out of our control. 
  • Where are you located? We are located in Scarborough, Ontario Canada. 
  • How is the product made? How do I wash the shirt? Our Gildan softstyle 100% cotton t-shirts are made in Bangladesh and screen printed right here in Toronto with Private Printing Press. Before putting it in the washing machine, check for any stains. For stains, don’t let it sit, immediately wash it out with warm water and dishwashing soap. For the first wash, turn the garment inside out and wash with dark colours on cold and delicate, yes, especially the white shirt. For every wash after, turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colours and materials on cold and delicate. Do not fill the washing machine to the top or wash with jeans, outerwear or other stained material as this will accelerate the fading process of the screen printed images. 
  • How do I make sure I order the right size? We have a sizing chart, accessible from the menus located at the top and bottom of the webpage. The measurements are in inches and you can either use a measuring tape or your favourite t-shirt to determine the fit you want. For a fitted look, choose your current size. For a looser look, choose a size up from your current size. For an oversized look, choose two sizes up from your current size. Please note, quantities are limited.
